Ok, Im a highs chool wrestler, but I am still somewhat of a beginner. I need plenty of work, and have massive room for improvement. Off-season has begun, and now we lift weights to get stronger.

In the off-season (this summer and beyond), I wanted to take a martial art that can compliment my wrestling style to help me improve my wrestling game. I have 2 choices: BJJ or Judo? I need plenty of work in both aspects of game in terms of ground work and stand-up. I do Muay Thai kickboxing right now, but I am going to put my membership on hold to take something else. Muay Thai kept me in shape, but I need something to help my wrestling. I cannot take wrestling during the summer (If i could I would) becuase there are no clinics/clubs near me. Help!

Thanks for all answers!

I would say Judo. Ive been taking it for 8 years now, and about half our club are wrestlers (some of which compete at state level). Judo is extremely beneficial for your tequnique in wrestling.

Lol,it depends on the opponent
How skilled your enemy is
How he applies his technique
How he applies his movement and many more

There is no such thing as the best martial arts
