Si I've been failing all my diets and exercise seeing it never lasts long enough for me. Now, I see I need to change quick and before my 16th birthday, I was to loose 30 kilos. Right now I weigh 80kgs and I'm starting a new diet and exercise routine. Okay so I'm going to cut out all the junk food that I've been eating like soda's and oily food and replace it for more healthier good like, salads, fruits and a lot of water. I won't be eating meat seeing I rarely eat much but will eat steamed fish. I've been taking this diet supplement called 'Super Slim' which is a powder with you mix with soy milk and drink, it tells your body that you're full and makes you stop eating quicker. I loose about 4-5 kilos but it comes back then goes away. So now I'm going to add exercise to it. I've been thinking of skipping rope for 30 minutes everyday and do palates every night before bed. Is that a good workout? I'm going to be getting Zumba soon and do that too everyday as well. So is this a good workout for me because I really want to loose weight, I know it'll take time to lose 30kilos but I'm willing to wait. If I do this non-stop will I be able to lose it before new years? My dad's side of the family, all the women have chubby body types and built bodies. I feel like I'm more like my dad's family and that's why my weight doesn't go down, but I'm positive it will.
Also, can you help me on avoiding and saying no to junk food? I give into temptation when I see soda's and then I feel bad about myself. Please help me with that.
