for a fast food restuarant why this?

for like McDonald's, Burger king or WEndy's what can and causes people in line BEHIND THE PERSOn to get their meals first though he was in front of them. I feel they are ripping the person off and I would feel tricked when that happens as one person or two or three people are ahead of me and getting my food should be a sinch but noooo. EVER HAD PEOPLE IN LINE BEHIND YOU GET THEIR MEALS FIRST? THAT IS ANNOYING.

And I once had a BUrger king take 15 minutes to give me my food when one person was a head of me and all 5 people behind me in line got their meals first. near 10 minutes I started getting MAD! and even chewed out the supervisor (She said we are short shifted hun) and that was an excuse. they worked slow. what is the worst that could happen to me for chewing out the supervisor?
 
depends, many times...more so in "busy" hours

normal menu items are made and stored for 10 min.

but you always got those pricks that order "special stuff" that's going to take a few to make. soooo

you take the next guys order, if his order is without "special" things...odds are 100% you can serve him first.

you always got some jerk who orders something....without ketchup....just to get one super fresh....then the jerk asks for 10000 ketchup packs.

although you can't "do" anything about it.

why would you just stand there and do NOTHING in the middle of noon rush while you wait for this special burger to come out when you could get 2-3 other folks taken care of.

point is....if you were the #2 guy....you'd be pissed because it took so long if they did wait for that special order.

90% of the time that's how the guy behind you gets his food first.

you are waiting on something....that he is not....fries take 3.5 min to cook and are also the cause of such things

lastly let me toss in this....

if that's all you got to gripe about...your life must be sweet, and I'd hush LOL
 
i understand what u are saying, but i guess the reason why the person or ppl behind u will get their meals faster than u are b/c their meals were faster to prepare i guess, i have no idea, but i do sympathize with you on the waiting in line like forever for a simple meal, its really ridiculous, after all isn't the whole idea for going there is to get a "FAST FOOD" right?
