For a class project-Does the Toyota car company follow their mission/vision statement?

Mission statement:
"To attract and maintain customers with high-valued products and services and the most satisfying ownership experience in America"
Vision statement:
"To be the most successful and respected car company in America"

I'm trying to get people's opinions on the Toyota company and see whether or not their mission and vision statements are being followed.

Please let me know your opinions.
