Football Conditioning Starts Monday-Questions (Noob)?

okay. my highschool's football conditioning starts on monday.
im a freshman right now and have never done football in my life.

i was wondering what are some drills you do there.
what should i wear?
what should i expect?

and i keep thinking about not going because i dont want to not do good or its too hot. but i have to sav it out and actually go for it.
has anybody not done highschool football and then regretted it?

please answer my questions.

and im 15, 5'4 135-140 (not fat) im really strong in my arms and legs (bench press and squats everyday)

and also- should i take advil or something before the workout to releave the pain for later?
