Football at High School?

People say im a real good wide reciever. I think i am as well because i can run routes well and have the agility and catch the ball over people. Im going to be a junior next year in High School and Im thinking about playing my first year of football my Junior year. The thing is im nervous to go to workouts and stuff because all the football players bench and squat a lot! And i cant even bench around 120. Im not a guy who can bench, squat, or power clean. So i need help on too how to get better at these benching workouts so i will feel more better.
