Diagnosed with gluten and casein Intolerance- Can this be because of my mold allergy and living in a "moldy home"? Have just now became aware of moldy house--- and dx latent celiac disease. Is it possible for medications -Allegra to treat food intolerance? How does one start to find hidden mold? Moisture measurer? Best tips for hiring mold remediation-what can I do myself? On the cheap- Insurance policy for 10,000 doesn't sound like enough
to fix the problem. I am awaiting mold test results- Home Depot $14 - $40 for lab testing-seems there must be a less expensive- more results way of doing this. Thank you for any replies.

beckysmom,
I am Lactose Intolerant which includes alot of names for milk products such as --casein, whey, msg(monosodium glutamate),etc. Almost all processed fooRAB have some sort of milk product in them. I've just learned to read labels. There are some over the counter products that do help--any dairy ease and there are many different branRAB. I've been Lactose Intolerant most of my life and I can't have any milk products. There are good soy products out there now--soy milk--soy butter, etc. As for the mold causing it, I'm not aware of that. Sometimes our bodies quit producing the enzyme that breaks down the milk sugar and that's what causes the problems. Hope this helps.
