Food in the civil war...?

Help please!!!
I need facts on the food in the civil war, any thing you have, or if you you have websites also on different factson the food also that would be wonderful, thankyou!!!
 
I know that soldiers ate heart tack, which was just flour and water and it lasted for a really long time.
 
Start with the two reference points listed below. Food had to be mobile so as noted hardtack, jerky and smoked meats plus beans...and plenty of coffee. Ck out the listed sites and I hope this helps.
