Food Alllergy?

For the past few years now I have been getting sudden chills after eating.
A few days ago all I did was eat a small sugar cookie and a minute later I was freezing to death, shaking, and couldn't get warm for hours.
The same thing happened when I ate a bagel and a handful of fruity pebbles. Chills within minutes and couldn't get warm.

Is this a food allergy? or something else?
 
It might be a thyroid problem. It's rare that a food allergy
would cause those symptoms. Did you have any itching, hives
or swelling with your reaction?
 
Maybe a problem with your blood sugar level? Everything you mentioned is a sugar of some sort or a carb....
 
You better have it checked with your doctor. Maybe you're consuming too much sugar in your body
