Food Allergy

For the past few years now I have been getting sudden chills after eating.
A few days ago all I did was eat a small sugar cookie and a minute later I was freezing to death, shaking, and couldn't get warm for hours.
The same thing happened when I ate a bagel and a handful of fruity pebbles. Chills within minutes and couldn't get warm.

Is this a food allergy? or something else?

i would definitely go see a doctor. It certainly could be a food allergy or more likely a food intolerance, but you definitely want to get it looked at immediately. If you are unable to eat or your body isn't getting nutrients from food, or is reacting in such a way that eating becomes too difficult, you will begin to suffer from other effects such as malnutrition.
