Hello,

I am an aspiring graphic designer.. Currently a typesetter at a print shop in my town. I do far beyond what I am supposed to in terms of what the customer requests.. and this brings me to some questions.
I am curious how to handle situations which the customer says that they prefer "blank font" and I do not have that font in stock. Do I download the font and then charge them for the cost of it? If I do that, does that mean they own the font?
What if the customer says they want that font, I download it and use it, then they decide they don't want it?
Along with the font issue, we deal with a broker who implies they are a print shop, which in fact they are just sales people sending off jobs to print shops and marking up their prices..
These brokers have me rebuild a lot of broken designs us8ing logos and shotty graphics. I am wondering in that case, since I am rebuilding it and such, do I become the owner of said material?
Any insight on these matters would be great! :D
