follow up to earlier question about speakers in the 1997 Chevrolet Blazer ...?

Can speakers be mounted in the rear panels of a 4 door Chevrolet Blazer as they are in the 2 door Blazers? if so where exactly would they mount in the side panels? Better yet would it be possible to mount them in the rear swing down hatch?(facing front of vehicle)
