Everytime I clean my fish tank I get this fogg like maybe 3 to 7 days after but before I clean the tank I see this slime covering the walls of the tank I am not sure what to do the people at petsmart say to buy bigger tank like a 30 gallon because I have a 10 gallon tank with only five fish so what should I do.

The slime covering the walls of the aquarium is most likely algae. If you having that kind of algae is it possible that you have nutrient level in the water.
One of the major cause of algae is high nitrate content. To reduce the nitrate level, do more frequent water changes ... that is provided that your tank isn't overstocked.
Is the tank getting direct sunlight or too much light. Reduce the amount of light to prevent algae.

The fog might be due to suspended particles in the water from your substrate that is stirred up during water change. Clean you gravel thoroughly during water changes.

It sounds like algae...maybe get a snail and see if it will clean up the slime.

Not sure about the cloudy water though...sorry.
