FMLA a good ga lawyer that could assist me with this?

I need a ga lawyer that could help me in getting the company (state agency) to allow me to take FMLA. I've adopted a new born baby and have filed all paper work. Company said that I could have off but now decided that I can't.
The company says that since they are a state agency and that we are going on furlough they don't have the staff to cover me while I'm out.
