Is there any F035 new flash?

I have a problem with GPS time. When GPS connects with sattelites, GPS time is going forward 5 hours. there is not an option in the GPS program of F035 to correct this issue. I hope, new flash will correct this.
 
I am an electrical engineer but not a phone "RE-Programmer" It appears that even the Smart computer people can't work out how to put new maps on the F030i or (F030 I think is the same)
I bought 10 of these from "the panda tea house" (Used to be on e bay.)
I have Spain & Netherlands OK but I need Italy as thats where I am. (With 10 people waiting for results?) Seller in china has informed me no new maps for europe!
Can the original map system be formatted and a new application type be fresh installed? (Looks like a Google map originally?)
 
my memory card in my phone has decided to die can anyone tell me where i can download the gps and uk maps please and do i do it on the mobile via wifi or transfer using my pc
 
Thanks a lot for these helpful file, but be aware the files Map.exe & Mobilelocate.exe in the root are not necesaries and have virus
