Hello everyone! There is a flute solo that I'm auditioning for on Monday. I need help on controlling my anxiety because every time I play, my breath gets shaky because of nerves. This solo is a Capella so no one else is playing, not even the drums! Having playing flute for four years, this is the first solo I've gotten to audition for. In conclusion, I need help to stop nerves. I can play this solo, and I know I play it well, I just get very nervous!
