can you guys tell me what kind of fluid I need for my manual f100? I just need to know the tranny fluid, transfer case, and differential, Thanks!

SAE 140W gear oil for the manual tranny and transfer case

differentials :
DANA & FORD non locking - SAE 90W gear oil

DANA limited slip - SAE 90W gear oil + friction modifier (4oz in rear , 2oz in front)

the FORD traction lok -calls for SAE 90W ford part # ESW-MZC 119-A but i have always used regular SAE 90W gear oil + friction modifier

P.S.
if you are just "topping off" for routine maintnance don't worry about the friction modifer.
you only have to add the friction modifer if you are changing the oil.
if you are changing the oil and are not sure which differential you have it wont hurt to add the friction modifer.

Manual trans will take 90 weight gear oil. Transfer case and differential will probably take the same. If it is a positrac differential then it takes a different lube.
