Hi, I demoed a tennis racquet from a store, I diddn't return it on time, so they charged me FULL price for the racquet. Is there any law that will protect me from getting screwed out of my money???
The racquet was a week or so late, due to my busy schedule and their hours of operation. I attempted to return the item on a sunday during business hours, but when i arrived they were closed! They, without notice closed their doors on that day when the week prior they were open! HELP!!!!
