Floor in my 95 ford bronco is wet?

the driver side floor is always wet 24/7. during the summers and any other dry season its wet. even when it hasn't rained for days or even weeks. my father says its something around the windshield but nothing else is wet the dashboard,steering wheel, and seat are just fine its just the floor.

Any ideas on what the problem would be?
And how I could go about fixing it?
