Ok I have had my turtle for a couple of moths he's a quarter size and since I live in chicago and it's in the fall/winter I'm afraid that it's too cold for it I also have about a 1/2 of inch of water or less so should it always be in water or not finally I would like to know the temp it has to be in thanks
