float tube for fishing?

I am looking for a decent float tube to fish a few lakes near home. Any suggestions. I dont want to spend too much but i also dont want to drown. :) Do i have to use barbless hooks with these things.
 
If you're thinking float tube and not pontoon boat here, get one of the newer designs. Instead of a round tube, it's more of a triangle shape making it more hydrodynamic. I have a couple Caddis brands. You don't need barbless hooks. The outer shell is made of cordura I believe. It's pretty tough.
