On a recent Business Trip my Jet blue flight was delayed over 3 hours which according to company policy means I am owed a $100 voucher toward a future flight with Jet Blue. Now I am going into business with my friend who paid for the trip. It is his contention that because he paid for the flights he should receive both vouchers, while my understanding is that since I also had to wait 3 hours in the airport the voucher is meant to provide me with the goodwill to use Jet blue in the future.
Our assumption is we will receive two $100 vouchers.
