coughingup a thick flem but really have no cold and have no flu symptoms - - every day coughing up a thick massand wondering what the cause might be.would appreciate a response- - thank-you
euric123: sounds like it could be allergies. It's post nasal drip. Try using a nasal spray to help calm it down and even a decongestant. Get some extra tissues and try to avoid milk products if you can. Milk causes mucous.
