flaxseed oil with multivitamin

does anyone know if it's ok to take flaxseed oil with your regular multivitamin? i just started taking it, but i didn't want to take too many different types of vitamins at one time. its actually the only two vitamins i'm taking, but just making sure.
 
actually I take a multivitamin and flaxseed oil. It is fine to take both. I started taking flaxseed oil because someone posted that omega 3s help acne so I gave it a try. I have only been on it a month so we shall see. Give it a try and see. good luck
