Flaxseed oil for acne??

I started taking flaxseed oil about a week ago, because i heard its suppossed to help clear up acne, but i've noticed that its making mine WAY worse. Should i keep taking it or should i quit?

hmm.. strange it didn't do that to me, vitex exacerbated mine!
