Flashing Xbox 360 BenQ Drive?

i have been looking around for a simple and fast way to do this and its not going well
i am allready connect to my PC via SATTA cable.and im just looking for a program or vid tutorial to help me
i am on windows vista too.

Google it. I know I flashed two drives, but not BenQ. I had flashed Samsung and a Hitachi.
