The power light is flashing, I can't ping 192.168.1.1 when directly wired, I updated firmware from DDWRT 23sp1 to Linksys 4.21.1, the router does not assign IP addresses. No internet connection or network connection is established. I cannot access the router setup page or use TFTP to update the firmware.
