flashing people your private parts !?

my friend told me that a few ppl were over at his house having some beers and stuff and that a girl he knew was sitting down and flashed him her privates!! now i asked him was this possibly an accident and he said that No, it was definitely intentional! nothing more happened. now, my question is have you ever done anything like this and what was your reason for doing so ?
 
what the hell! No! No person with respect for themselves would do that unless they're like attention craved
