I drive a 1999 Honda Accord. For the past few trips, every time I start the car, the maintenance required light flashes about 5-6 times, then turns off for the remainder of the drive. It seems to operate fine, except this morning when I was turning, and the RPMs went way down and it almost turned off. (My old car did this, not super concerned.) But when I got home today I checked it with the code reader my dad has, and it didn't bring up a code. However, the emission light was yellow. Any ideas? This car is beginning to cost more than it's worth.
I guess I would also like to know if I will hurt the car by driving it, and if it's any easy fix or not.
