so i have this F**king friend who is stupid as hell
he has a dodge charger, idk what year it is but its brand new. anyways he told me that he going to put plain white led strobe light in the front headlights and in the taillights. so i argued with him and told him that " that if he were to get caught flashing those lights, his ass would go to jail" but he replied by saying " that it is only illegal if they unless they are red or blue, and if the vehicle is moving" and " that there shouldn't be any problem if it is plain strobe white lights"
so can somebody tell me what the law really is (in the state of texas)???? because i think he is wrong but at the same time i think he is right
