Flashing dots in my vision.?

I already made a question about it but i think it vasnt clear enough.When i am looking on a bright colored wall or a book i see small flashings/dots in about 40% of my vision. i dont see them when on the sun only in the dark. i dont think there are floaters. Acually my question is that is there a name for this problem so when i see the a doctor i can tell him/her whats my problem because i dont want to start defining it like this.
