Flashing Black Screen!?

Everytime I'm playing maplestory or Combat Arms I get a blakc screen like every 10 seconds. It flashes then everything returns to normal. I'm using Vista and this is REALLY getting annoying. Can anyone PLEASE HELP ME! This hasn't happened to me before!
4gb of ram.....
Graphics Card is 128 dedicated and 1000 something shared
