Flashed xbox 360 and dont wanna get banned!!!?

I got my 360 flashed 2days ago,my brother and friend also go theres done a year ago by the same guy,both of them have never been caught r had accounts banned and they play all copied games online.I have heard of people saying u will get banned but never seen any evidence of this happen,if i get banned ill take a pysco,whats the chances itl happen??r is it just a stupid microsoft threat?
 
I flashed my xbox a couple years ago and my xbox live account was banned forever because I tried playing a burned copy of Gears of War online. Maybe this is something newer? Either way, I thought it was totally worth it. I;d rather be able to get all my games for free than have to pay for them just so I can go online. If that's the case, then just buy another xbox...one flashed and one regular...that way you can demo the games on the hacked and buy the real game for the other....

don't know what else to tell you bro. Might be worth the risk, muight not. All up to you.
