flashed 6700 cant access mms menu help

i go into the mms to send and i click new but nothing happens it just stays at that same screen. whats wrong with the phone? i have flashed these phones to cricket before but i never had this problem. im using kirvins no junk rom.
 
ok one thing i figured out is that i sent an mms to the phone and it wont download the pic but does receive the message and i was able to reply to that mms with a picture but it wont send it and i cant just go to messages>mms>new.
