Flash won't work on certain websites with Firefox. What is the problem?

For some reason, Flash doesn't work on certain websites. It works on most of the websites I visit but there are a few that don't work, and in this case the video simply won't load or it'll ask me to download Flash.

Before you try suggesting me the most basic solutions:
- I have the latest version of Flash Player.
- I have tried uninstalling, rebooting and installing again multiple times.
- I have JavaScript enabled, and my Firefox settings are default.

And this is strange because it works on Internet Explorer, but not on Firefox. Even if I re-install Firefox I get the same thing.

Any idea what this might be?
