Flash videos on Firefox and Google Chrome are not working?

I've searched the internet quite a bit and cannot find a good solution. Flash videos work fine with IE7, but Firefox and Chrome play for a couple of seconds with no sound and then freeze. I'm talking about all internet videos. Any suggestions?

Oh, and all my browsers are completely up to date.
