Flash Samsung Pixon Firmware

Need some help guys trying to flash my pixon. I can do all except sort the firmware files out. I have unzipped them and have got them in a folder but they are unopenable or are they ment to be like that?
When i try to flash with them i get error immediately tried on two computers same on both. Any advice?
 
Ok flashed the phone a few times and it still is frozen. What else can be done??? please help
