Flash Player wont download...?

Ok so here's the deal, Every time I get on youtube to watch a video it says I have to download the newest flash player, so ok whatever install it. Still doesn't let me play videos, ok so install it again, 6 more times, still doesn't. Any ideas? And my Java Script is turned on so I still don't know.....
