Flash Player Problems? I Think? Help Me!?

on my computer, that was made by gateway, and has Vista on it, when i go to youtube or myspace music, or pretty much any music or video online, the loading bar that tells you how much of the song or vid is loaded will just sit at nothing for a LONGG time, i mean like, 10 mins, but then. when it starts to finally load, it dosent take a long time at all, in fact, it takes like, the shortest time ive seen on ANY computer! but, its just getting it to load at all is a PAIN! i use Abobe Flash Player 10 as my flash version, Opera for a browser, and Vista as my OS, so if anyone out there can help me, all answers greatly appriciated!!
