Flash player not working in Firefox?

You are not running with the Scrip Blocker plugin are you? If you are, you will have to right click on the "S" on the lower right corner of the screen and temporarily allow scrips.
If that is not the problem - download the flash plugin for Firefox:

I had issues with firefox freezing up so I re downloaded it and now it works great except I can't play any videos on it. I have downloaded adobe flash player many times but its still not working.. I checked java script and its enabled but I keep getting this error "Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player" Any ideas?
