flash player for ipod touch?

I want to watch shows from sites like abc.com and cbs.com on my 2nd gen ipod touch. Any applications, etc. that I can download so I can watch streamed shows?
 
There is no way you can do that unless you have a jailbroken device....
there are some things in cydia that can put a sort of Flash Player on your device,
but other than that there is on way.
