First of all this is about the same one I did before but let me be more on details. I downloaded 10 the first time, didn't work (downloaded it a lot of times), uninstalled it then downloaded it. It finaly worked! Then I shut down the laptop then logged back on. Didn't work anymore so I had to install it again. So the cycle just keeps continuing. It's been like this for over 1 month need help.
