Flash player 10 wont work.?

I belong to a webcam site that uses flash player. These days i cannot log on to the site. I used to be able to download flash player10 log on to the site and use it. When I log off I have to download flash player10 again to use the site. Now it just craps out all together at log on no matter if I download it or not.
