Flash media encoder 3 Audio Problem?

ok so i am trying to stream live using a capture card ( dazzle DVC 100 ) and for some reason it says i have no audio capture device connected but the picture is working fine and everything is plugged in correctly is there something im doing wrong or can someone please help me because i really want to get this going
