Flash isn't working on Internet Explorer, what can I do?

Flash player isn't working on my computer when I go on the internet, so I cannot watch any videos or load anything that runs on Flash. I use Internet Explorer, and all add-ons are enabled in Internet Options, so I don't know what's wrong! I've tried installing the latest Flash player and restarted my computer multiple times, what can I do?
