Flash - Drag and Drop website creator?

I am looking for an easy to use Flash drag and drop site.. I am aware of Wix.com and I'm looking for something like that.

Wix.com seems to have A LOT of problems and they are pretty new and don't let you upload any of your own items.

Again, I am looking for an online website/hosting/anything that would allow me to drag and drop to create a flash website.
 
Get a real flash designer to create a website for you. There's no other alternative that I know of, and with a designer, it will be more customizable too, with no rules set by the website. I looked at some of the sample sites, and nothing really looks that complicated, seriously, a lot of people with some basic understanding of Flash will be able to do this. I'd probably even be able to do this, and more. There's a lot of free/paid hosting sites too, if you're going to host it. You can get a freelance Flash designer by using a search engine, or something.

EDIT: You can get me to do it too, if you want, but I'm not really the best, haha.
