Okay heres the deal im working on my final animation project for class. I chose to do a rotoscope animation "tracing". It has to be 30 fps so i used source footage of my dog, i animated it frame by frame, but 30 frames goes really fast. My teacher said we could "double down" frames, basically turning every frame into 2. I tried everything selecting all frames and hitting insert but that just puts a ton of frames after the animation. I tried edit all frames and doing it and that doesnt work. But if i do each individual key frame it inserts a frame directly after. What i want is to to do that but all at once. There has to be a feature somewhere!
