First of all I want to know if/how I can add a stroke (outline) to brush drawn objects. I'm making a cartoon and I want to draw the text so it looks cartoony but the background in some parts are making the text very hard to see. So is there any way to add a stroke colour to make it stand out? I don't want to draw an outline manually because I have alot of frames made and it would take a ridiculous amount of time.
Secondly, when I want to play a part of my animation (hitting enter from the selected frame) the frame rate is at about 10 FPS when I want it to be at the 24 FPS. I can't judge if my animation looks good from that and if I want to see that part properly I have to press Ctrl + Enter and then I have to wait until the part I want to see and it just takes too long. How can I increase the performance or whatever?
