flash animation for Video?

I am creating a logo animation where I am embedding 2 video files. But because of this the speed of animation is reduced as it runs the output for web in .swf format. The animation is inside movie clips, so if i directly export the file as avi or other video format, it does not export the animation that takes place inside a movie clip. This will not be used on web and will be added only to CD. So, how can I export the flash animation file with Embedded videos to run without reducing speed of animation? The fps is defined at 30 frames per second. And animation runs smoothly, but as soon as second video starts playing, it slows down the animation display on its own. so, what will be best way to export it without affecting speed of animation
 
The speed might be slowing down because of the codec. For instance, if the video is exported with the option to not compress the video or frames, it will run slow as molasses.

About the movie clip problem, I know what you mean, been there. The way I solved it was I found a SWF to AVI converter online.
