Flash action script 3.0 linking buttons to other frames?

say my buttons instance name is start_btn and i want it to gotoAndPlay at frame 135 what would the action script for it be?

i know its something with a MouseEvent and a function but can cant seem to find the correct action script for actionscript 3.0
